MVGM is a professional property management company. We employ over 450 people in the management of rented housing complexes, commercial properties and owners' associations. MVGM is active in all regions of The Netherlands.

Our management portfolio consists of over 50.000 rented homes and 2.000.000 m² of commercial property which are managed for investment institutions. In addition, over 40.000 homes and apartments are managed on behalf of various owners' associations.

Currently the registration is only available in Dutch, therefore we would like to help you with your registration. You can contact one of our rental specialists by phone or mail. Alternatively you can send us an email with a call back request and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

What are the costs?
The registration fee is €35 and can be paid by completing a bank transfer. The details are provided by mail. If you choose to register on the Dutch website you have the option of paying by "Ideal" (Dutch accounts only).
