Plan Weideblick is the latest expansion of Nieuwveense Landen in Meppel. This former meadow area with its flora and fauna is the starting point for the design of the neighbourhood. So there is plenty of space, greenery and water.
Less than fifteen minutes' cycling distance away, you will find Meppel's monumental station building. This beautiful station dates from 1865 and is still in its original state. Trains depart from Meppel station to places such as Zwolle, Groningen and Leeuwarden.
Travelling by car? From the nearby Nieuwe Nijeveenseweg, you can drive straight onto the N375 and A32 or A28 in the direction of Zwolle, Groningen and Heerenveen. Would you rather take the bike? In less than 10 minutes' cycling from home, you are already in the cosy centre of Meppel.
Meppel is a cosy town with a village character. You will find everything from a bathing and climbing park to the theatre within cycling distance. In Meppel's cosy centre, you will find a wide range of shops, cafés and boutiques.
The homes on Baggelaar and Bolsterturf are equipped with a sustainable climate system (BENG). The system consists of an air/water heat pump. This system feeds the underfloor heating in your home. It also heats the water in the storage tank. This hot water is used for showering, among other things. With this system, it is also possible to cool your home by a few degrees in summer.
