Grand Duchess
With 44 different layouts and living areas ranging from 50 to 120 m2, Groot Hertogin offers something for everyone. The addition of a top floor has created luxury penthouses. And on the ground floor, you will find terrace flats, with a private entrance and the sleeping quarters in the basement. But flats on intermediate floors also have outdoor space. And of course, your flat comes with a parking space in the private grounds.

The finishing level is high: first of all, everything is brand new, of course, but quality has also been chosen. So you will soon have access to a luxury kitchen with ATAG appliances and a tastefully fitted bathroom. Groot Hertogin consists of six upper floors and a semi-underground basement. Two lifts lead from the main entrance to the various floors.

The enclosed parking area surrounds the building. One car per flat may be parked here (no fixed spot). Visitors can park in the immediate vicinity. There is of course a bicycle shed and in the basement there is a private, locked storage room for each flat.

Pleasant. +James is the personal assistant you get with your flat at Groot Hertogin. A regular face, makes living at Groot Hertogin the way living is meant to be. +James fixes that leaky tap, keeps unwanted people out and makes sure the building stays clean, whole and safe. In addition, +James is present to make building rounds, carry out work, identify and (if possible) repair building faults.

The +James app keeps you up to date with the latest news. In the app, you enter the timeline, also known as the digital living room of Grand Duchess. Here you can post messages yourself and respond to messages from fellow residents. Under the heading news, you'll find everything about maintenance work, hotspots in the neighbourhood and the neighbourhood get-togethers organised by +James. Last but not least: in the +James app you can order services that make your life easier. From balcony service to babysitter, +James takes care of it.
