In YOURS, you will find exactly what you are looking for: studios, two- and three-room flats ranging from 35 to 82 m2, spread over three sub-projects.
Phaedra building
Phaedra is the subarea within Yours that is characterised by its low-rise building (7 floors) and its range of cosy studios. A total of 140 studios are available, varying between 38 and 49 square metres of floor space. Living here is compact and convenient, and you can choose between various layouts.
For example, there are studios available that have a partial partition in the living/bedroom area, allowing you to create a separate bedroom with the use of a curtain or room divider. In addition, there are also studios that are completely open, and therefore flexible and can be arranged as you see fit.
In all cases, of course, you do have a separate bathroom so you can start your morning ritual undisturbed. The bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower, a washbasin with mirror and a toilet. You have a modern open kitchen equipped with built-in appliances: an induction hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, oven with integrated microwave and fridge/freezer. The kitchen also has a spot reserved for your washing machine.
The studio is finished to a high standard in neutral colours, so with some cosy accessories and your unique taste, it makes it totally Yours!
Sustainable living
In Yours you live sustainably. The flats are all-electric, which means there is no need for a gas connection. The flats are very well insulated. A combination of a heat pump boiler, a heat recovery ventilation system and solar panels are used for heating and energy generation.
Relaxing in the courtyard garden
No weeding and endlessly carrying watering cans during a heat wave, but still enjoying a nice green seating area near your studio or flat? At Yours, you can. On the upper deck of the parking garage, there is a nice shared courtyard garden. Because the courtyard garden is completely shielded by the building on one side and raised from the public space on the other, it creates privacy. A great place to catch up with a coffee to go, make a quiet phone call or read a good article.
On an adventure in the city of discoveries
Leiden is a lively and charming city that quickly captures your heart with its beautiful buildings, cute canals and jaunty bridges. Murals, cosy courtyards and packed terraces give these residents a face. Leiden is also the perfect city to discover with friends. Whether by boat on the canals, by bike or with a playful group tour. And are you ready for a moment of rest? Then Yours is in the right place. Around the corner from your flat is Polderpark Cronesteyn. This park is specially designed as a meeting place and resting point. Bring your favourite book and relax the old-fashioned way.
Accessibility
You live in the perfect spot here. Right in the middle between a beautiful nature area and the centre of Leiden. In just five minutes you can cycle to the heart of Leiden, where you can enjoy a wonderful afternoon of shopping or a lovely evening out. Actually, Leiden has everything you need. The best way to travel in Leiden is on foot or by bike. Need to go further afield? Even then you have plenty of options, because NS railway station Lammenschans is just around the corner. Here you get on the train to Leiden Centraal or Utrecht Centraal. If you are a car owner, you can take the Lammenschansweg to the N206 for a connection to various motorways.
Amenities within walking distance
For your daily shopping, you don't have to go far. The Plus Lammenschans supermarket is just a few minutes' walk away. A little further on, you will find an Albert Heijn XL, Lidl and various international supermarkets. Don't feel like cooking? The centre of Leiden is bursting with cosy restaurants. So for a tasty lunch or sumptuous dinner, it's all up to you. There are various sports facilities in the immediate vicinity such as a fitness school, but a run through Polderpark Cronesteyn is also possible of course.
