Are you looking for a comfortable and safe home for independent living? We offer ground-level serviced flats for seniors aged 65 and above.
What we offer:
- Facilities: There are several facilities in the adjacent residential care centre The Bijnkershoek, you can visit a hair salon, shop, restaurant and there are activities for a fee.
- Care: Should you really need it, you can receive home care from AxionContinu. Among other things, we offer district nursing or the full home package. This ranges from help with showering or taking medication to intensive nursing care. We will be happy to discuss the options with you. The care mediator AxionContinu can provide you with information.
- Safety: Each flat is connected to a Nursing Emergency System (VOS). In case of an emergency, you can make direct contact with care staff.
- Living comfort: The social rental flats are designed for seniors aged 65 and over. There are 80 flats. They vary in size, but are all designed so that seniors can live there independently for as long as possible. There are studios and two-bedroom flats. All flats are at ground level and have an open-plan kitchen and a bathroom. The two-bedroom flats have a separate bedroom and a storage room. Each flat has a balcony. The ground-floor flats have a garden. The two-bedroom flats are also suitable for couples living together.

- Lifts: There are two lifts at the entrances. These are so-called fire card lifts
- Reception: You can contact the reception of De Bijnkershoek with your questions for reservations and the like during opening hours.
- Service charges: You pay a monthly advance payment. Once a year, you will receive a final settlement of the service costs. If necessary, the amount of the advance payment will be adjusted.
