Anti-Discrimination

A prerequisite for our mission is that everyone has the right to equal treatment. MVGM is committed to renting (care) homes without discriminating on the basis of race, skin color, national origin, religion, gender (including pregnancy), age, sexual orientation (including gender identity and expression), marital status, disability, veteran status, or any other ground prohibited by (inter)national law.

Additionally, MVGM strongly opposes any retaliation against a person who in good faith opposes or complains about discrimination, assists in investigating a complaint about discrimination, or participates in a discrimination complaint.

Rental Conditions

Each application is assessed based on the (financial) rental conditions set for specific properties. It may occur that for specific (care) homes, an age limit has been established. To evaluate you as a potential tenant against the rental conditions, we request (financial) documents from you to conduct this assessment. If a potential tenant lacks sufficient income, is unable to provide the correct information, or does not pass the creditworthiness check and/or Sanctions Law check, the application may be rejected without providing reasons.
