This puts you within easy reach of the A10 motorway, the Amstel Station and the Rai as well as the city centre. Good accessibility is not the only plus of this beautiful part of Amsterdam. Because here you always live close to the Amstel, where you can run along, enjoy the view from a terrace or join a rowing club.

If you have children, this is a great place to live. Within the neighbourhoods there are large and small squares where they can play safely and when they are a bit older they can hop on the tram to one of Amsterdam's many secondary schools.
