The location is located on the edge of the Het Zand neighbourhood on Ringbaan-West. Besides its favourable location in relation to the city centre and proximity to amenities in the district, the location is characterised by its green appearance. Among the many trees, the Vredeburcht plan stands as if it has always been there. Besides the three residential towers, sixteen town houses and De Sterflat with its thirty flats are part of the Vredeburcht plan.

Vredeburcht residential tower consists of ten floors. The central entrance is on the ground floor. This is a spacious hall from which you have access to the stairwell and the lift. Only residents can open the automatic door to the central entrance with a special key. From your residence, a videophone allows you to give your visitor access to the residential building. There are three or four flats on each floor. Their front doors open into the central hall with access to the lift and staircase.

All flats have a living room with an open-plan kitchen. Depending on the flat type, there are two or three bedrooms. In addition, each flat has a spacious shower, a separate toilet and an indoor storage room.

There is plenty to do in Tilburg, for people of all tastes. It is one of the best nightlife cities in the southern Netherlands. Valuable traditions are cherished and revived where necessary.
