Fortuynplein, Stokerkade and Borneokade. The houses range in size from about 97 to 147 m2. Part of the houses overlook the Spoorwegbassin, the other part the Entrepothaven. All homes have a front door on the ground floor and an indoor storage room.

Several types of these patio houses are available for rent. From loft flats to single-family houses. Each one has an unusual layout and varies in living space from around 97 m2 to 147 m2. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob and combination microwave oven. Comfortable is also the bathroom. A nice space with bathtub, washbasin and, in some properties, with separate shower. On the 2nd floor is the patio, the outdoor area of the house. The high fence makes it a quiet, atmospheric place. The patio also provides extra light in the house.

The Borneo Peninsula is part of the Oostelijk Havengebied, which further consists of Java Island, KNSM Island, Sporenburg and the Rietlanden. The Oostelijk Havengebied is a popular residential area with high-profile architecture. Borneo is a true residential area with mainly low-rise buildings. This gives it an intimate, urban atmosphere. On the Oostelijke Handelskade, a ten-minute walk away, is a shopping centre. Here you will find supermarkets, banks, a dry cleaner, hairdresser, baker, butcher and all kinds of other shops. Primary schools, day-care centres and a medical centre are also a short bike ride away. Borneo's central location is ideal. The centre of Amsterdam and Central Station can be reached by bicycle or public transport within minutes. The A10 ring road is quickly accessible via the Piet Hein tunnel.
