The apartment building has six floors. Robust, light-coloured bricks were used in the construction. The façade frames are detailed with concealed details. The choice of materials and colours refers to the industrial character of the cattle market halls that used to stand on this site. A pergola construction with a roof garden has been constructed above this area to embellish the complex.
