Overhoeks is a new neighbourhood under construction on the IJ bank in Amsterdam North on the former Shell Research site opposite Amsterdam Central Station. The area has become a cosmopolitan place with famous attractions such as Eye, ADAM Tower and Tolhuistuin. Here you will find Statendam; an apartment building with 108 free sector rental flats. Here you will find a bakery, butcher, hairdresser, chemist and two supermarkets. There is more than enough parking space here.

Overhoeks is easily accessible via the ferry. The ferry connections to and from Central Station are free of charge. Ideal! From there, travel anywhere by tram, bus or metro. Travelling by car? Then drive to the A10 ring road via Noorderpark and Buiksloterham.
