Description

The apartment complex consists of four identical buildings, each containing 16 flats spread over six floors, a parking garage for 28 cars at Block A and eight garage boxes behind the townhouses near Block D. Individual parking spaces are also available for rent on the site itself.

In total, there are 40 two-bedroom flats located on the south side of the buildings, 20 three-bedroom flats located on the entrance side and four three-bedroom penthouses. Tuddenly the flats on the south side and those on the entrance side have a level difference of half a floor. Each block has a lift system. The lift does not go to the basement (storerooms) and residential floor nos 1.5 - 2.5 - 3.5 - 4.5 and 5.5. This means that the flats with three bedrooms located on the entrance side are not accessible by wheelchair. (Eight steps have to be walked down) The penthouses are directly accessible by lift. Each flat has an individual storage space in the basement.
