Parkzoom
Parkzoom is a new residential area in the northwest of Bergschenhoek, municipality of Lansingerland. The centre of Rotterdam can be reached within half an hour by car and public transport. But Delft and Zoetermeer are also within easy reach! The Randweg-West motorway takes you quickly to provincial and national roads and the bus stops nearby.

Living in green surroundings
Right next to the Parkzoom neighbourhood is the Annie M.G. Schmidtpark. A lovely meeting place and base for walking, walking the dog, playing sports or playing with the little ones. A green oasis of no less than 60 hectares, right next door to your newly built home. A little further away, along the river Rotte, are the nature and recreation areas: the Lage Bergse Bos and Hoge Bergse Bos, including an outdoor and leisure centre. For water sports enthusiasts, the Zevenhuizerplas and Rottemeren lakes are ideal places to practice their sport.
