Living in Uden (municipality of Maashorst)

On De Ploeg in the 'Zoggel' district, we rent 32 spacious semi-detached family homes, situated on spacious plots. All homes have a garage.

Via a spacious hallway, which also provides access to the toilet and garage, as well as the staircase to the first floor, you reach the living area on the ground floor. You have access to a spacious living/dining room with semi-open L-shaped kitchen, equipped with a full-option kitchen: hob, extractor hood, combination microwave oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The room also features a staircase cupboard.
On the first floor, in addition to 3 bedrooms, there is a bathroom, which contains both a bathtub, a separate shower corner a washbasin and a second toilet.
Finally, you reach the attic floor via a fixed staircase. Here you will find the central heating boiler and space for a washing machine and dryer. It is possible to create a 4-bedroom or another room here.

The neighbourhood 'Zoggel' is quietly located, a short distance (south) from the centre of Uden, with an extensive core shopping area, restaurants and cultural facilities. Uden's accessibility by car is good, due to its direct location on the A50 and various N-roads. Uden has no connection to the rail network.

Maashorst is a municipality in the province of North Brabant. The municipality was created on 1 January 2022 by a merger of the former municipalities of Landerd and Uden. The merger municipality consists of six cores: Uden, Volkel, Odiliapeel, Reek, Schaijk and Zeeland.
