Arnhem Schuytgraaf
Living in the new Wilgenvliet district in Schuytgraaf is pleasant living in a neighbourhood with lots of greenery and water. The new flats of Parkpaviljoen Wilgenvliet are located on the northern edge of Schuytgraaf, between this lively neighbourhood and the floodplains of the Lower Rhine.
Schuytgraaf is characterised, among other things, by its variety of beautiful neighbourhoods. All have their own character surrounded by greenery and necessary facilities. In and around the neighbourhood there is plenty of greenery and water, with plenty of room for activities and relaxation. Wilgenvliet park pavilion
The park pavilion consists of six residential floors. Visitors who report to the entrance hall, you can access the lift or staircase from your flat. Each flat also has its own storage space on the ground floor, for your bicycle, for example. These storerooms are accessible both directly from outside and via the entrance hall.
There are 3 and 6 three-room flats on the ground and 1st floors, respectively. On the floors above, there are 5 three-room flats and one four-room flat per floor. All flats have a generous entrance hall with access to a toilet room and a meter and wardrobe cupboard. Attached to the hall is also the technical room cum storeroom, including the connections for the washing machine and tumble dryer.
In the three-room flats, you can choose between flats with floor areas ranging from around 76 m2 to 90 m2.
The 4 four-room flats, on the 2nd to 5th floors, face north-west and offer views over the water and greenery surrounding the apartment complex. The 3 bedrooms make these ideal flats for families with young children. And certainly also for people whose children no longer live at home but who still have regular guests. Moreover, the great advantage of a flat is that you don't have the worry of a garden. And when you go on holiday, you can close the door behind you in no time.
In the vicinity of (and in front of) the building there is plenty of public parking.
