The property was built in 2005 and is situated in Nieuw-Geuzenveld (Amsterdam-West). The local area features several supermarkets, a number of primary schools, nurseries, playgrounds, sports clubs, the Eendrachtspark and the Sloterparkbad, and is right next to Spaarnwoude, a recreational area between Amsterdam and Haarlem. The complex is also situated near the lively Lambertus Zijlplein. Every Monday, there is a market here selling fresh food, textiles and household essentials.

Accessibility
Public transport is also within easy reach: bus routes are just around the corner, tram line 13 is a 5-minute walk away, and there is a major railway station (Sloterdijk) nearby. By car (free parking), you can reach the A10, A9 and A5 motorways within a few minutes. It’s also possible to get out and about by bike. Amsterdam city centre, for example, is a 15–20-minute cycle ride away. So it’s in a lovely central location!
