Hoofddorp also has facilities such as Het Spaarne hospital, recreational area Toolenburgerplas (former Floriande site) and Haarlemmermeer Woods, many sports clubs and facilities, primary and secondary schools. Hoofddorp is easily accessible from all directions via the A4 and A5 motorways. There are many public transport facilities (including bus service Zuidtangent) and a train station. Schiphol Airport is easily accessible.

Complex & finish
The complex is characterised by a unique glass structure. Shops are located on the ground floor and the car park on the 2nd floor. Flats are located on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors. There is also a parking deck on the 3rd floor. There are 49 flats in total, with a wide variety of sizes and types. Almost all flats have an outdoor space.
