Drive-in house - 2 rooms
This house is especially designed for first-time buyers. A nice, spacious house with a garage on the ground floor and a garden room that would be perfect as a study. On the 1st floor is the living room with open kitchen. On the 2nd floor the bedroom and bathroom.

There are also some houses of the "small type" where the garden room is missing, the living room/kitchen is situated on the ground floor, and of course a garage as well, so this is not a drive-in house.
