Ideal for both singles and couples, our flats are designed to allow you to continue living independently for as long as possible, with assurance of care and support if needed.
What we offer:
- Single-level flats of equal size, each equipped with:
- A living room with open-plan kitchen (electric cooking)
- One bedroom
- One bathroom
- A storage room in the hall and additional storage room in the basement
- Balcony or terrace
- Care and safety: Each flat is connected to a Care Call System (VOS) for emergencies. In case of an emergency, you can make direct contact with care staff.

Additional information:
- Lifts: There is a lift at the entrance to the complex
- Reception: There is no reception in the Schutse
- Service charges: You pay a monthly advance payment. Once a year, you will receive a final settlement of the service costs. If necessary, the amount of the advance payment will be adjusted.
- Meeting place: Through Steunpunt De Waard you can participate in activities and meet others in an accessible way.
