EBBE is located in the Ebbinge Quarter, on the edge of the historic city centre and within walking distance of the Noorderpark. The area is easily accessible by car and public transport. The Ebbinge Quarter is located at the intersection of Bloemsingel and Kolendrift, on the former CiBoGa (Circus, Boden, Gas) site. This site has a long history of activity and labour.
