This care complex consists of 3 buildings Hoekland, Kemkenshof these buildings have sheltered accommodation and Bernhardstraat has care flats.The homes were built for 55+ with care needs and are lifelong and wheelchair accessible.

The Kempeshof and the care flats on Bernhardstraat merge into one another. The porches and general areas are accessible with a locking plan. This locking plan belongs to the Wittenberg and ensures that the homes are accessible for care. All access doors and connecting doors are electrically controlled with door closers.
