SOCIAL HOUSING:
A minimum and maximum income applies to this social housing: You can only respond if you meet the income below.

As of 1 January 2026, the following maximum limits apply:
- € 51,537 for single-person households;
- € 56,910 for multi-person households.

Income declaration mandatory

A declaration of registered income or a final income tax assessment from the Tax Administration of you and all co-movers (except children) is mandatory. This must be from the previous year, or if not yet available, from the year before.

Conditions
To qualify for this property, an income of 4 times the basic rent as gross monthly income is required. Your partner's income may be included for 75% in this calculation.
