Kitchen
All flats come with a modern, white Häcker Classic Uno kitchen with luxury ATAG appliances. You have a dishwasher, oven with integrated microwave, induction hob, stainless steel recirculation hood with stainless steel splashback, fridge-freezer and a black composite worktop. Depending on the type of flat, the kitchen has a corner unit and/or floating wall units.

The flats are gas-free and equipped with an individual heat pump for heating, cooling and hot water. Underfloor heating ensures pleasant temperatures in all seasons. You will enter into a supply agreement with Wellsius, which is responsible for supplying heat and cold to the building.

Each flat has an indoor storage room with connections for a washing machine and dryer, and space for the heat pump and ventilation unit. You will also have an external storage room (5 to 7 m²) on the ground floor or in the parking garage.
There are 50 parking spaces available for residents - partly covered, partly outside. A parking space is included with most flats. There are also 4 public charging points on site, individual charging stations are not allowed.
