Kitchen
All flats are fitted with a modern, white Häcker Classic Uno kitchen featuring luxury ATAG built-in appliances. You’ll have a dishwasher, an oven with an integrated microwave, an induction hob, a stainless steel recirculating extractor hood with a stainless steel splashback, a fridge-freezer and a black composite worktop. Depending on the type of flat, the kitchen features a corner layout and/or wall-mounted cupboards.

The flats are gas-free and fitted with an individual heat pump for heating, cooling and hot water. Underfloor heating ensures comfortable temperatures all year round. You will enter into a supply agreement with Wellsius, which is responsible for the building’s heating and cooling.
