The building has nine floors, with a single flat on top. Central to the building is a courtyard garden. Parking is not a problem. Tenants can rent a parking space in the building's car park.

On the Oostelijke Handelskade, at four minutes cycling distance, you will find shopping centre Brazil. Here you will find supermarkets, banks, a dry cleaner, hairdresser, baker, butcher and all kinds of other shops. Also primary schools, day-care centres and a medical centre are at short cycling distance. Borneo's central location is ideal. The centre of Amsterdam and Central Station can be reached by bicycle or public transport within minutes. The A10 ring road is quickly accessible via the Piet Hein tunnel.
