Who can rent a flat in Paddington?
You can rent a flat if you are going to live there yourself and, after moving in, register at the rented address in the Municipal Personal Records Database (BRP) of the City of Amsterdam. Another important condition is that you have sufficient income to pay the rent, both now and in the future. Income guidelines apply in this regard. In addition, you must not have a negative BKR record. Part of the letting procedure we carry out includes a BKR Credit Check and/or Sanction Check.

Car parking in Paddington?
Paddington has an underground car park with 41 parking spaces. These spaces are available for rent separately by tenants. In total, there will be 16 parking spaces with charging points for electric cars.
Where can I park my bike?
There is a large basement beneath the building. It offers space for 499 bicycles and 4 cargo bikes.
