There is a minimum and maximum income standard to qualify.

Sum of AOW and net pension at least 3 times the monthly rent. Possibly supplemented with sufficient equity to be able to make up the shortfall in the income guideline in the long term.
Self-employed, self-employed or DGA:
- a net profit before tax demonstrably at the above income guideline;
- you are in business for at least 2 full financial years.

Who can rent a flat in Paddington?
You can rent an apartment if you will live in it yourself and register at the rented address in the Basisregistratie Personen (BRP) of the municipality of Amsterdam after moving in. Another important condition is that you have sufficient income to pay the rent, now and in the future. Income guidelines apply for this. Car parking in Paddington?
Paddington has an underground car park with 41 parking spaces. These parking spaces can be rented separately for residential tenants. There will be a total of 16 parking spaces with charging stations for electric cars.

Where can I park my bicycle?
There is a large basement under the building. This offers space for 499 bicycles and 4 cargo bikes.
