With effect from 1 July 2025, an income limit for new tenants in the middle rental sector will apply in Amsterdam. Only households with a combined gross income below €89,821, or €81,633 for singles, are still eligible. Those above that will not be allowed to move into a mid-rent property.

Although Noord itself has a lot to offer, it's also nice to know that you can be in the heart of Amsterdam in no time. The ferry takes you quickly to Central Station or walk under the station and you are immediately in a completely different world. A city that is alive 24/7 and never bores. There is always a great exhibition, fun event, special performance, concert or surprising market. Residents of B'mine enjoy this whenever they want. And then go home again, leaving the hustle and bustle of the city behind.
