- Income requirement -
To rent a property, you can use the following income requirement as a guideline:

* For 1 income

* In case of 2 incomes
- In the case of two incomes, the gross annual incomes of both partners are added together to determine the joint calculation income. A test is then carried out based on the ratio of both partners' incomes within this joint calculation income.
- You may count both incomes at 100%, provided one of you earns at least 70% of your total joint computed income. The ratio is then 70/30 or higher (e.g. 80/20).
