Accommodation

Income threshold
To be eligible for this property, you must meet the income requirement. For a single person, the income requirement is at least 36 times the gross basic rent per year, with the second income being counted in full. A standard 1-month security deposit is required; for self-employed persons, a minimum of 2 months’ deposit is required.
