Income threshold
To be eligible for this property, you must meet the income threshold. For a single person, the income threshold is at least 36 times the gross basic rent per year, with the second income being counted in full. A standard one-month security deposit is required; for self-employed individuals, a minimum of two months’ deposit is required.
