Renting in Crossroads
Renting in Crossroads means enjoying your own new flat in Amsterdam and more. Because various nature-rich meeting places have been created in and around the building. Drink your first coffee in the sun in the collective morning garden or have a drink with some neighbours while watching the sun set from the evening garden. Along several facades, you can see the greenery growing upwards. Finally, around the building you will find lots of greenery, benches to sit on and beautiful art with light to admire. Nature and building, residents and passers-by melt together in Crossroads.

The nice thing about renting in Crossroads is that everything is new. So also the kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy your kitchen soon with built-in appliances, including an induction hob. The layout of the kitchen (straight, corner or island) depends on the layout and size of the flat. The bathroom has a shower with a hard-glass shower enclosure, a washbasin with mirror and a towel radiator. Some flats have a double sink and/or a 2nd toilet.

Income requirements:
To rent a flat, you must meet an income requirement: the gross (joint) monthly income - excluding allowances and holiday pay - must be at least 3.5 times the basic monthly rent. Any equity present counts for 5% of the annual income.
If you do not meet the conditions, unfortunately we cannot be of any further assistance for this project.
For renting 119 mid-rent homes in Crossroads, the rental is bound by the rules of the housing regulation.
Your taxable (joint) annual income is therefore a maximum of € 85,005 for a 1-person household or € 93,531 for a 2 or more-person household (price level 2026).

Also note the income requirement you must meet!
You should apply for the housing permit as soon as you have signed the tenancy agreement. You will receive a message about this from MVGM after signing the contract. Failure to do so and moving into the property without a permit may result in an administrative fine as a penalty from the municipality. The costs for a housing permit are Euro 79.90 (price level 2025), which you must pay to the municipality during the application process.

The cost of the name plate is Euro 35.
