Car and/or bicycle parking:
For project Podium, we chose not to add parking facilities in the complex.
However, there is a spacious, half-sunken bike cellar with ample space for the comfortable storage of bicycles and scooters/bakfiets. A collective bicycle shed will be built in the half-sunken basement under the complex, with access via two entrances.

Income requirement
To rent a property, it is important that you can pay the rent each month. Income guidelines have therefore been drawn up:
- Minimum gross monthly income (holiday pay and any fixed end-of-year benefits may be included in this) of 4 times the bare monthly rent;
- Pensioners: minimum gross monthly income of 3 to 3.5 times the monthly rent;
- In case of two incomes, the second income counts for 100%.
All fixed income of a rental candidate is taken into account. This includes salary, holiday pay, thirteenth month, PGB and (pension) benefits. Yearly fluctuating amounts are not included. Income from flex, on-call, and temporary work is also not included. The same applies to overtime and irregularity pay.
