Location

The apartment is located in a quiet area, but all the comforts of the city are within reach. You reach the A10 ring road in no time through the Amstelveenseweg. There are various restaurants in the south of Amsterdam located at walking/cycling distance, as well as the Vondelpark and the Olympic Stadium. In addition, you can go to the business district Zuidas by bike or car within approximately 7 minutes. At the Stadionplein, which is around the corner, you can find all sorts of daily facilities such as the supermarket Albert Heijn. Next to that, there are a couple (international) schools in the neighborhood.

The complex

The apartment is part of Het Kwartier and is located in the Zuid district. The complex has been delivered in 2004 and thus equipped with every comfort. All residents of Het Kwartier may use the wonderfully heated swimming pool, sauna, fitness room and the lounge area where you can read the newspaper or some magazines while enjoying a cup of coffee/tea. In addition, Het Kwartier offers its residents a Facility Point which you can visit if you have questions, rent a meeting room or a guest house, bring dry cleaning, etc. The Facility Point is open from Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM.
