From Sluishuis, you can be on the A10 ring road within two minutes. You can also leave IJburg via the east side, which puts you on the A1 and A9 in no time. Public transport and cycling are also excellent options here. The tram stops in front of the door and every four minutes during rush hour and takes you to Central Station in fifteen minutes.

There are no fewer than 369 rental flats on the Haringbuisdijk, ranging from a studio to flats with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, in a wide range of types. The flats have a living area of around 40 to 117 m2; and are finished to a high standard.
