**Justus – Location**
Living in Justus means enjoying views over the IJ and the city of Amsterdam! Where a few ships lie waiting at the Oranjesluizen, situated on the east side of the IJ. The Oranjesluizen were designed by Justus Dirks and built in the 19th century.
Now, so many years later, the name Justus lives on in this area. Just as Justus Dirks was instrumental in the creation of the Oranjesluizen, the Justus building marks the start of a lively and vibrant new neighbourhood in Amsterdam. And you can be part of it!
The neighbourhood itself is low-traffic, but the building offers space for 33 parking spaces and a spacious bicycle storage area. There is currently a waiting list. There are no external storage rooms.

Justus is a striking building in a prime location within Amsterdam. It features a combination of low-rise and high-rise sections. The ground floor houses a gym and catering facilities.
The building has no fewer than 32 storeys and accommodates 289 flats, ranging from approximately 50 to approximately 72 m² with two or three bedrooms, all of which have a balcony.
If you fancy getting some fresh air, the roof terrace on the 24th floor offers a wonderful spot with views over the city of Amsterdam.
