Affordability is an important factor for mid-rent homes. That’s why there are long-term rent agreements between the landlord and the municipality of Amsterdam.

Justus - Location
Living in Justus means enjoying a view over the IJ and the city of Amsterdam! Where a few ships are waiting by the Oranjesluizen, which are located on the east side of the IJ. The Oranjesluizen were designed and built by Justus Dirks in the 19th century. Now, so many years later, the name Justus lives on in this area. Justus Dirks was behind the Oranjesluizen, and the Justus building marks the start of a lively and vibrant new district in Amsterdam. And you can be part of it! The neighborhood itself is low-traffic, but the building offers space for 33 parking spots and a large bicycle storage area.

Justus - Living
Justus is a remarkable building in a prime location within Amsterdam. There’s a mix of low-rise and high-rise buildings. At the bottom, there’s space for a gym and some restaurants. The building has a whopping 32 floors and offers 289 apartments, ranging from about 50 to 72 m² with two or three bedrooms, all with a balcony. If you want to get some fresh air, the rooftop terrace on the 24th floor is a great spot with views over the city of Amsterdam.
