All homes in Justus are mid-rent homes. Middle rent is for those who earn too much for social rent, but too little for free sector rent or purchase. Affordability is an important factor in medium-rent homes. This is why there are long-term rent agreements between the landlord and the municipality of Amsterdam.
To be eligible for a medium-rent house, a maximum income of 81,633 euros gross per year applies for a single-person household and 89,821 euros (price level: 2025) for a multiple-person household. Guarantee: not possible.

Justus - Location
To live in Justus is to enjoy a view over the IJ and the city of Amsterdam! Where several ships are waiting in front of the Oranjesluizen, which is located on the east side of the IJ. The Oranjesluizen were designed and built by Justus Dirks in the 19th century.
Now, so many years later, the Justus name lives on in this area. Where Justus Dirks stood at the cradle of the Oranjesluizen, the Justus building is the start of a vibrant and bustling new district of Amsterdam. And you can become part of it!
The neighbourhood itself is pedestrianised, but the building offers space for 33 parking spaces and a spacious bicycle shed. There is currently a waiting list. There are no external storage spaces.

Justus - Living
Justus is a striking building in a prime location within Amsterdam. There is a combination of low-rise and high-rise buildings. Below, there is space for fitness and catering.
The building has no less than 32 floors and offers space for 289 flats ranging from approx 50 to approx 72 m2 with two or three bedrooms and all have a balcony.
If you like to take a breather, the roof terrace on the 24th floor offers a wonderful solution with views over the city of Amsterdam.
