"State I is situated in a new location in Amsterdam. An intimate spot nestled between the Weespertrekvaart and the Amstel.

The 160 rental flats are spread across the 1st to the 9th floors. These flats consist mainly of three-room flats ranging from approximately 50 m² to 100 m² and a few two-room flats averaging 49 m². The flats are situated on Solitudolaan and Lindenhoevestraat.

State occupies a unique location in Amsterdam, next to the popular Amstelkwartier. The area lies right alongside the Amstel and the Weespertrekvaart. On the other side of the water, the area borders the Watergraafsmeer, an attractive residential neighbourhood in Amsterdam-East.

State offers excellent transport links, whether by public transport or by car. Spaklerweg metro station is right next to State, and Amstel station is within walking distance. By car, you can reach Amsterdam’s ring road in just a few minutes. The centre of Amsterdam is easily and quickly accessible by bike.
