Conditions
The rental agreement is entered into for a minimum of 12 months. The income/assets must be in line with the rent, approximately 36 times the gross annual rent. Of course, deviations from this are negotiable.

Branie is located in the southern part of Amsterdam East. Here you live on the edge of Amsterdam Centre in a neighbourhood where the atmosphere is defined by a melting pot of cultures. Oost has some great places to eat, shop, exercise and relax. The Amstelpark is just a few minutes' walk from Branie. Here, too, you can go for sports and relaxation. You'll also find a marina here: Stadshaven Amstelkwartier. Finally, you live in an easily accessible place, thanks to Amsterdam Amstel train station, from where you can easily cycle home, walk or catch the tram to Spaklerweg. This stop is literally in front of the door. Thanks to its central location, it's also great for cycling. And if you have a car, you'll be on the A10 in no time.

Branie comprises seven floors, each filled with 10 different flat types. The flats range in size from 41m2 to 64m2. A Branie flat is thoughtful, spacious and well-finished. Besides ample living space, the flats also offer outdoor space in the form of a balcony. The location of the balcony is not the same for every flat within a type and depends on the floor.
