Income requirement
To be eligible for this property, you must meet the set income requirement. The bare monthly rent times 48 should be the minimum gross annual income where a second income may be counted for 75%.

We must "allocate appropriately", which means that you cannot earn too little or too much. An exact upper limit is not specified.
