Description

Develstein is a unique complex in Amsterdam Zuidoost. The project comprises two low-rise blocks and one L-shaped building with three towers. This complex offers 262 sustainable flats, each with a bathroom and kitchen, available for rent. The flats range in size from 53 to 75 m², from two-room to four-room flats, each with a balcony or terrace.

There is an underground car park, but all parking spaces are currently let. As soon as one becomes available, you will be able to see this on our website.

Layout
Upon entering the flat on the first floor, you will see the bedroom on your right, the toilet and storage space for the washing machine/tumble dryer in the hall, followed by the bathroom, and then the living room with an open-plan kitchen fitted with built-in appliances. This is also where you’ll find access to the balcony or terrace.
