Middle-income income limits
An income limit for middle-income households has also been established. The limit is set out in Section 10 of the Housing Act. The following income limits apply as of 1 January 2026:
- €70,149 for single-person households;
- €93,531 for multi-person households.


Develstein is a unique complex in Amsterdam Zuidoost. The project consists of two low-rise blocks and 1 L-shaped building with 3 height accents. In this complex, 262 sustainable flats, complete with bathroom and kitchen, are available for rent. The flats range in size from 53 to 75 m², from two- to four-bedroom flats, with a balcony or terrace.

There is a car park but currently all parking spaces have been let. As soon as one becomes available you can see it on our website.

Layout
Upon entering the flat on the 4th floor you will see the bedroom on the right, in the hall the toilet and storage space for the washer/dryer, then the bathroom, and then the living room with open kitchen equipped with built-in appliances. Here is also the access to the balcony/terrace.

We have to "allocate appropriately", meaning that you should not earn too little but also not too much. An exact upper limit is not specified.
