Layout

Income requirement
To qualify for this property, you must meet the income requirement. The bare monthly rent times 48 must be the minimum gross annual income, whereby a second income may be counted for 75%.

We must "allocate appropriately", which means you cannot earn too little or too much. Middle-income households are single-person households with an income of 47,699 euros to 62,191 euros and multi-person households with an income of 52,671 euros to 82,921 euros (price level 2024).
