Layout
Upon entering the flat on the 4th floor, you will see three bedrooms on the left, the bathroom with shower and sink, stairs (of 3 steps) down. Then the toilet and storage room for washer/dryer and then the living room with open kitchen equipped with built-in appliances. Here is also the access to the balcony/terrace.

There is a parking garage but currently all parking spaces have been rented out. As soon as one becomes available you can see it on our website.

Income requirement
To be eligible for this property, you must meet the stipulated income requirement. The bare monthly rent times 48 should be the minimum gross annual income where a second income may be counted for 75%.

We must "allocate appropriately", which means that you cannot earn too little or too much. An exact upper limit is not specified.
