The flats range in size from 53 to 75 m², from two- to four-bedroom flats, with a balcony or terrace.

Layout
Upon entering the flat on the 2nd floor you will see the bedroom, in the hall the toilet and storage space for the washer/dryer, then the bathroom, and then the living room with open kitchen equipped with built-in appliances. Here is also the access to the balcony/terrace.

Income requirement
In order to qualify for this property, you must meet the stipulated income requirement. The bare monthly rent times 48 must be the minimum gross annual income, whereby a second income may be counted for 75%.

We must "allocate appropriately", which means that you cannot earn too little or too much. An exact upper limit is not specified.
