The building is conceived to create an affordable and high-quality living experience, despite living smaller. In this way, we create a place where people don't just live next to each other, but where there is space to meet each other, to do things together or help each other out. Where you finish some work in the lobby, invite your friends or organise drinks together. A new form of living where you have everything to yourself but can also share extra spaces and functions, saving you costs but also providing a totally different living experience.

Layout
The studio has an open space with a kitchen equipped with various appliances and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Storage
It is possible to rent a separate storage room. These are let in sizes S and L. For a size S, you pay €20 per month, for size L you pay €35 per month. Are you interested in a storage room? Then please contact our rental department.

Conditions
For this property, we apply an income requirement of at least 3 times the basic rent. A minimum income of € 2,181 per month is required for this property.
