Layout
The studio has an open space with a kitchen equipped with various appliances and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Storage
It is possible to rent a separate storage room. These come in sizes S and L. For a size S, you pay €20 per month, for size L you pay €35 per month. Are you interested in a storage room? Then please contact our rental department.

Conditions
For this property, we apply an income requirement of at least 3 times the basic rent. A minimum income of € 2,206 per month is required for this property.

The basic rent is € 735,66 per month.
