In Westhof, 23 rental homes were completed in two phases in 2022 in a neighbourhood characterised by Scandinavian influences: pure, simple, sleek yet warm. The cosy Scandinavian style permeates the architecture and the homes are painted in vibrant colours. The spacious neighbourhood offers plenty of space and room for children to play, cars to park and residents to meet.

All homes in this project have a private south-facing garden. So you can make the most of the good weather and catch every ray of sunshine. You can store your things in a handy shed in the garden. The houses have underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the first floor. There are corner and mid-terrace houses and some have a dormer window with plastic frames for extra space and light on the second floor.

On the ground floor, you step from the hallway by the front door into your spacious living room. Here there is enough space for a lovely sitting area and a cosy dining area. The house has an open kitchen that comes fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, multifunction oven with microwave function, extractor hood and induction hob.

Via a closed staircase, you reach the 1st floor: the domain of the bedrooms. No fewer than 3 bedrooms can be found here with a nice bathroom with a washbasin, toilet and enclosed shower area centrally located. The main bedroom is very spacious and gives you lots of possibilities. The additional bedrooms are also large in size and perfect for children. Although you can also choose to use a bedroom as a work, hobby or guest room.

On the 2nd floor, via a small landing, you will find a technical room for the washing machine, for example. This space is nicely shielded by the landing, so you can fill the rest of the attic to your own taste.
For example, as a 4th bedroom! With a skylight or dormer window, the attic is an extra bright spot in your home.
