Parkzoom
Parkzoom is a new residential area in the northwest of Bergschenhoek, municipality of Lansingerland. The range of new homes is very diverse; the variety in architecture creates a playful and convivial atmosphere. Terraced houses and town houses
The thirteen terrace houses are characterised by their special location: they are partly in the body of the dike. They also have their own parking facilities; residents have no fewer than two parking spaces on their own property. The fifteen square dwellings overlook already completed semi-detached houses. Although there is no private parking, residents can easily park their cars in one of the many parking spaces around the block. All homes have a front garden or Delft pavement and can back out to their rear gardens with storage. The French doors to the garden provide even more living pleasure. Everything in the neighbourhood
For daily shopping - and more - the centre of Bergschenhoek offers everything you need. But the centre of Berkel en Rodenrijs also has a varied offering. Want to do some really extensive shopping? The centre of Rotterdam can be reached within half an hour by car and public transport. But Delft and Zoetermeer are also within easy reach! The Randweg-West motorway takes you quickly to provincial and national roads and the bus stops nearby.

Living in green surroundings
Right next to the Parkzoom neighbourhood is the Annie M.G. Schmidtpark. A lovely meeting place and base for walking, walking the dog, playing sports or playing with the little ones. A green oasis of no less than 60 hectares, right next door to your newly built home. A little further away, along the river Rotte, are the nature and recreation areas: the Lage Bergse Bos and Hoge Bergse Bos, including an outdoor and leisure centre. For water sports enthusiasts, the Zevenhuizerplas and Rottemeren lakes are ideal places to practice their sport.
